UNFORGETTABLE PUDDING

 

 

Ingredients

1 cup milk (almond milk also works)

1 tablespoon cocoa

1 tablespoon whole wheat flour / or 2 tablespoons gluten-free oat flour (it’s harder to achieve the same consistency with gluten-free flours)

1 tablespoon carob extract

For the top:

Banana slices

A few walnuts, hazelnuts, or raw almonds, or ground pistachios

 

 

Put all the ingredients in a small sauce pan and stir constantly with a whisk over medium-low heat. When the consistency is to your liking, turn off the heat and set aside. Pour into your favorite bowl and top with banana slices or any other fruit you like. Enhance the flavor with a few walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts and enjoy a healthy life. You can consume it hot or cold. Both are delicious. You will understand why you don't regret it after you eat it. Because it is very light but the flavor is perfect.
