Dill Buns

Ingredients

2 eggs (one inside and the yolk of the other one on top)

1 tea glass yogurt

3 tablespoons olive oil

2.5 cups whole wheat flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 teaspoons salt

1 grated carrot

Plenty of dill

1 tea glass of curd cheese

For the top:

1 egg yolk

Flaxseed, caraway, sesame

 

 

Combine the egg, yogurt and olive oil. Gradually add the flour. Add baking powder, salt, carrot, cheese and dill and knead the dough well. Pick pieces as big as you want with your hands, shape them and place them on the tray. Brush with egg yolk, then sprinkle with black cumin seeds and flax seeds and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degree celcius for 25 minutes. Don't forget to apologize to the neighbors for the smell. Because they smell delicious.
