SUPANGLEMSİ

 

 

Ingredients

1 cup milk / almond milk

3-4 tablespoons oats (gluten-free may be preferred)

1 tablespoon cocoa

1 tablespoon carob extract

1 teaspoon coconut oil 

For the top:

1 small banana

1 teaspoon of 100% peanut butter 

 

 

Put all the ingredients in a small sauce pan and thicken over low heat, stirring constantly, until the oats are very soft. Spoon into a bowl and top with banana slices and peanut butter. Don't forget a nice cup of coffee with it. It is a delicious breakfast alternative and tastes like a supangle!
