Sesame Golden Cake

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 tea glass carob extract or molasses

1 tea glass tahini

3/4 cup milk

2 cups whole wheat flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 tea glass walnut

For the top:

Walnut

 

 

Set the oven to 180 degree celcius and line your mold with baking paper and set aside. Whisk the eggs with the carob extract until foamy. Add tahini and milk and whisk again. Add the whole wheat flour, baking powder and finally the chopped walnuts. Mix with a spoon until it becomes homogeneous and pour it into the mold. Decorate the top with walnuts and put it in the oven. It should stay in the oven for at least 40 minutes until it is nicely cooked. You can check with a wooden stick. After it comes out of the oven, you should let it rest for a while to cool down. Then slice and serve with coffee. Addictive, tested and approved. I'm telling you!
