YOU DON'T NEED MOTIVATION, YOU NEED CONSISTENCY.

WHY YOU DON'T NEED MOTIVATION—I EXPLAIN WITH 3 POINTS.

You don't need motivation, what you need is stability.

Everyone is looking for it. Waiting for it to come. They think how they can get it and they can hardly start any action before it comes.

MOTIVATION.

How to increase motivation? Ways to increase motivation. How does motivation come? I could have written this article in these ways to get more attention. Then I could have added items that don't work in the long run, but will lift you up in the moment.

But damn it, I'm too realistic. And the truth is, you don't really need motivation. Yes, the moment you accept that, you are free. So you don't have to look for it anymore, you don't have to chase after it, you don't have to question why it doesn't show up, and if it doesn't show up, you don't have to sit around doing nothing. It's a real freedom.

So instead, I decided to explain to you why you don't need motivation with 3 points. And I aim to convince you of this.

  1. Most of the time motivation doesn't come before you start. It comes after you start. For the quickest and easiest way to test this, I suggest you try a method I use all the time: If you don't feel motivated on a day you're planning to exercise, don't wait for it. Do what you need to do. Put on your sportswear, head to the area where you are going to exercise and start exercising. Try it for just 5 minutes. And promise yourself that if you don't want to continue, you can stop. After 5 minutes you will never want to stop. Because motivation definitely comes with movement.

  2. Especially the last 5 years of my life have taught me that what you need to get effective and long term results is not motivation. The best, most effective, most lasting, most long term, most flowing and effortless things come with stability. Just figure out what you want to do. Decide exactly what you are aiming for. Be clear about it. And keep doing it with consistency. The results will surprise you before too much time passes. I will be here too—if you want to give mecredit.

  3. You cannot wait for motivation. Because life goes by. And this life is your life. Your time is going—it is not coming back. Think of motivation like a friend who doesn't keep his word. The truth is that it is not always as loyal and faithful as you would like it to be. Would you stop doing an action that you absolutely want to do and that changes so many things in your life when you do it, just because this friend doesn't show up? Let it go. Stop thinking about it. If it is not coming, let it not come. You go on. Everything you want to do is waiting for you. This is what I call true freedom.

QUESTION YOUR-SELF

Are there things that I keep putting off, waiting for the motivation to come? And more than that, the things I want to do but haven't done, the time I'm wasting, is it worth it?

What can I start right away without waiting for motivation? What action can I take today that I want to do right away?

KINDLY REMINDER

You don't need motivation. You need consistency. Find what makes you move and keep doing it consistently.
